Hi! I'm Breanna Kaup, a licensed independent mental health practitioner and certified professional counselor. My journey into the field of mental health was driven by a desire to help individuals and couples approach daily life from a place of wellness and confidence. I am a Nebraska native who has been practicing mental health therapy since 2011, gaining extensive experience and deepening my expertise over the years.

Additionally, I have had the honor of being a guest on NTV's "The Good Life" and various podcasts, where I have shared insights and expertise on mental health topics.
